Welcome to Ravvani. These Terms and Conditions apply to your use of ravvani.pk and to any order placed through our online store. By browsing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy, and any order-specific terms shown at checkout.

1. About Ravvani Products

Ravvani offers women's modest everyday clothing and unstitched fabric collections. Unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page, unstitched 3-piece suits include fabric for shirt, trouser, and dupatta as described in the product details.

Product images are prepared to represent the design, color story, and fabric details as accurately as possible. Actual colors may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, and fabric production variation. Minor color variation is not treated as a defect.

2. Pricing, Currency, and Availability

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR), unless stated otherwise. Prices, product availability, and promotional offers may change without prior notice.

Adding an item to cart does not reserve it. An item is reserved only after checkout is completed and the order is confirmed. Ravvani may cancel or adjust an order if an item is out of stock, incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or affected by a payment or technical error.

3. Orders and Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided at checkout. Please make sure your name, phone number, email address, and delivery address are accurate. Ravvani is not responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect customer information.

For Cash on Delivery or manual confirmation orders, Ravvani may contact you before dispatch. Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.

4. Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. If online payments are enabled, payment approval is subject to the issuing bank, card provider, or payment processor. Ravvani does not store complete card details on its own systems.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Ravvani currently focuses on online orders in Pakistan. Delivery timelines shown on the website or communicated by our team are estimates and may vary by city, courier service, public holidays, weather, operational issues, or high-volume periods.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are shown at checkout. Once an order is dispatched, tracking details may be shared through email, SMS, WhatsApp, or the courier service.

6. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before an order has been processed or dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be handled under the exchange and return terms below.

Ravvani reserves the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing error, payment issue, suspected misuse, incomplete customer information, or delivery service limitations.

7. Exchange Eligibility

Eligible items may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, subject to approval and stock availability. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be:

• Unused, unwashed, unstitched, unaltered, and undamaged.
• Returned with original tags, labels, packaging, invoice, and all suit components.
• Accompanied by valid proof of purchase or order confirmation.

For unstitched 3-piece suits, the complete suit must be returned for inspection. Partial returns of shirt fabric, trouser fabric, dupatta, accessories, or components are not accepted unless Ravvani confirms otherwise in writing.

8. Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for exchange or return unless Ravvani delivered an incorrect or defective item:

• Sale, discounted, clearance, promotional, or final-sale items.
• Stitched, altered, washed, used, damaged, or customer-handled fabric.
• Products missing tags, labels, invoice, packaging, or suit components.
• Items damaged due to misuse, mishandling, incorrect washing, or ignoring care instructions.
• Items rejected only due to minor color variation caused by screen, lighting, or photography differences.

9. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect item, please contact Ravvani within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, clear photos of the product, packaging, invoice, and the issue. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

After review, Ravvani may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, voucher, or other suitable resolution depending on product availability and the nature of the issue. Ravvani's decision after inspection will be final.

10. Refund Policy

Ravvani does not offer cash refunds for change of mind, dislike of design, color variation, late cancellation after dispatch, or customer ordering error.

If an exchange cannot be completed because a replacement item is unavailable, Ravvani may issue store credit, an online voucher, or a refund where required by law or approved by Ravvani. Shipping charges and payment processing charges are non-refundable unless Ravvani confirms otherwise.

11. Return Shipping

Return shipping instructions will be shared after an exchange or claim request is approved. Unless the issue is due to a verified Ravvani error, the customer may be responsible for return courier charges.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting Ravvani. Unapproved returns may be refused or delayed.

12. Care Instructions

Customers are responsible for following fabric care instructions. Damage caused by washing, soaking, bleaching, ironing, stitching, alteration, shrinkage due to mishandling, or color bleeding caused by improper care is not treated as a manufacturing defect.

13. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, copy product data for commercial use, submit false order information, or use the website for unlawful activity.

14. Intellectual Property

All Ravvani logos, product images, design visuals, text, graphics, website layout, and brand assets are owned by or licensed to Ravvani. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, sold, or used commercially without written permission.

15. Limitation of Liability

Ravvani aims to keep product information, prices, availability, and website content accurate, but errors may occur. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ravvani is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays, product unavailability, technical issues, or customer misuse of products.

16. Changes to These Terms

Ravvani may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on the website will apply to website use and orders placed after the update date.
